With around 50 Million Yuan of investments, InVivo NSA Group has built a new site for manufacturing premix feed and additive feed in Shandong Province; belong to its subsidiary Evialis Shandong. The plant is located in Qingdao Hi-Tech Development Zone New Materials Park, in the Shandong Province.

This factory has a capacity of 20,000 tons per year, it is producing high standards of product quality and traceability belongs to EVIMIX brand.

The most famous feed equipment manufacturer in the world has provided the full process line to assure the high requirements of Evialis Shandong.

The complete flowdiagram design and the control system have been tailored to the Evialis Shandong specific needs, with the specialists and the Automation experts from InVivo NSA Headquarter. This advanced automation solution is based on the powerful, tried-and-tested software control, which is applied around the world inside the most famous worldwide companies. A high level of automation is the key for achieving an efficient, dependable production process and aconsistent product quality. The production process is essentially fully automated, allowing plant operation with minimum manpower.

Evialis Shandong has adopted his own worldwide formulation management system which is used and improved inside the Group since last 50 years. This formulation system can be connected to the InVivo NSA Experts located at the Headquarter in Europe.

Premix production is therefore a very sophisticated business and in a certain sense comparable to food production. This sophistication is reflected in the customer's process control requirements.

On the same site, an advanced and modern laboratory (more than 300m2) has been built to test at source the raw materials used (more than 4 million Yuan of investment) :High-performance liquid chromatography, near-infrared spectroscopy, amino acid analyzer, atomic absorption spectrophotometer.... This laboratory has been designed according to the European Standards, based on the LAREAL requirements, which one can analyze vitamins, micro elements, amino acids, medicines, .... Thus, exact analysis result can ensure products quality.
