The World’s most advanced premix plant With around €5 M of investments, Evialis has built a new site for manufacturing premix feed and additive feed in Shandong Province. The plant is located in Qingdao Hi-Tech Development Zone New Materials Park, in the Shandong Province.

This factory has a capacity of 20,000 tonnes per year with the high standards of product quality and traceability.

The most famous feed equipment manufacturer in the world has provided the full process line to assure the high requirements of Evialis.

The complete flowdiagram design and the control system have been tailored to the Evialis specific needs, with the specialists and the Automation experts from Evialis Headquarter. This advanced automation solution is based on the powerful, tried-and-tested software control, which is applied around the world inside the most famous worldwide companies. A high level of automation is the key for achieving an efficient, dependable production process and a consistent product quality. The production process is essentially fully automated, allowing plant operation with minimum manpower.

Evialis has adopted his own worldwide formulation management system which is used and improved inside the Group since last 50 years. This formulation system can be connected to the Evialis Experts located at the Headquarter.

Premix production is therefore a very sophisticated business and in a certain sense comparable to food production. This sophistication is reflected in the customer’s process control requirements .

On the same site, an advanced and modern laboratory (300m2) has been built to test at source the raw materials used (more than 4 millions yuan of investment) :高效液相色谱仪、近红外光谱仪、氨基酸分析仪、原子吸收分光光度计,…. This laboratory has been designed according to the European Standart, based on the LAREAL requirements, which one can analyze vitamin, micro elements,amino acids, medecines, …. Thus, exact analysis result can ensure products quality.
